Provide academic consulting services focused on cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with current partners while expanding networks to include new cohorts. The outcome traditionally results in improved campus persistent numbers, expanding connections for students and the university while attracting new students, and developing additional revenue streams.  

All our services are available both virtually and in-person and are carried out through 30, 60, 90, and 180-day contracts. We provide clear outlines of the process, fostering effective collaboration between internal partners (such as faculty, PR, admissions, development, and employers) and external partners to ensure transparency and successful outcomes.

Option 1—Career Services Department

Set up & Enhance Career Services Department by providing a comprehensive overview of an effective department focused on connecting students, alumni, and the university to more opportunities with employers. The services include hiring, training, and developing compatible systems that adhered to institutional accreditation requirements, and academic culture. We adapt to all sizes of institutions for on-campus and virtual teams. We are proficient at setting up and implementing new career services divisions. We also review current career services departments to determine areas for improvement. The overarching goal is to create a robust career services department that turns employers into partners.

Option 2 GlobalFusion

GlobalFusion, the "Worldwide Creative Confluence," a program designed to connect college students and fresh alumni with industry professionals at exclusive conferences, offering an array of exceptional benefits including employer meetings and executive career coaching. We provide a platform for creatives to refine their elevator pitches and cultivate confidence while seamlessly engaging with high-profile companies. Our program goes beyond mere introductions by orchestrating personalized meetings where students can articulate their vision and receive invaluable guidance from high-profile industry professionals. As a result of these transformative engagements and strategic networking, students and alumni frequently secure coveted job interviews, internships, vital project funding, and, above all, a renewed sense of self-assurance to conquer their creative aspirations.

Option 3— Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Programs

As advocates of Inclusive Leadership, we provide a series of impactful workshops designed to empower organizations in setting up their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program. Our workshops cover a diverse array of topics, including the undeniable benefits of DEI, mastering the art of Managing Bias for Equitable Decision Making, and Leading Change for Equity and Inclusion. Through our DEI programs, we equip participants with transformative tools that address diversity-related challenges. Our comprehensive approach involves a variety of events, talks, and programs, fostering an inclusive environment that values and supports individuals from all walks of life. Our primary goal is to generate positive outcomes for marginalized groups while dismantling internal biases. By embracing DEI across all levels, we work towards building an empathetic and understanding society that wholeheartedly embraces the uniqueness of every individual.

Option 4—Employer-Sponsored Projects

Develop a structured process for cultivating employer-sponsored projects with mid to large organizations interested in establishing a deeper relationship with the university. The program can be tailored to work with individual programs or set up as a campus-wide program that works across all majors giving employers more options. Traditionally campus-wide programs are tied to the university goals or potentially the QEP if your school is SACS accredited. Typical projects are set up with employers, that will partner with faculty and students to identify tangible solutions for current or future projects. Additional services could include providing a prospect list of employers, outreach services, feedback on marketing material, and developing a price list for based on the scope (intellectual properties cost more) of final projects.

Option 5—Product or Art Sales Division Program

Set up and implement the rollout of a highly visible product or art sales division program focused on selling student, faculty, and alumni artwork and products to employers, collectors, and individuals. In addition to selling goods in the school bookstore and/or online, establish a program that directly connects to purchasers that seek goods and services. Additional services include providing a prospect list of employers, outreach services, and providing feedback on marketing materials.
